About this tool

Convert between decimal degrees and degrees/minutes/seconds (DMS) coordinates in both directions, entirely in your browser.

What input format should I use?

Enter latitude then longitude separated by a comma, e.g. 40.7128, -74.0060 or 40°42′46.1″N, 74°00′21.6″W.

What ranges are valid?

Latitude must be between -90 and 90 and longitude between -180 and 180; out-of-range values are rejected.
