Cash Denomination Counter is a free, in-browser tool that totals a cash drawer or till: enter how many of each bill and coin you have and it multiplies each count by its face value, shows the subtotal per denomination and adds everything up.
The denomination list is fully editable — the default set (100, 50, 20, 10, 5, 2, 1 and common coin fractions) covers most currencies, but you can type any comma-separated values to match your local notes and coins exactly, which makes the tool work for any currency.
It is built for end-of-day till counts, petty cash reconciliation and bank deposit slips. Counts never leave your device; the math runs entirely in your browser.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use this for my currency?
Yes. Edit the denomination list to your local set — for example add 200 and 500 notes, or remove coins your currency doesn't have. Any positive comma-separated values work, and the tool is currency-agnostic.
What do the two result tiles show?
The grand total is the sum of count × face value over all denominations; the pieces tile is the total number of bills and coins counted, useful for deposit slips.
Why did my counts reset when I edited the denominations?
Changing the denomination list rebuilds the rows, so counts start from zero again. Finalize the denomination set first, then count.
Is the count uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything is computed locally in your browser and nothing is stored — refreshing the page clears the drawer.
