What does the monthly total include?
It adds estimated monthly property tax (price × tax rate ÷ 12) and home insurance (yearly amount ÷ 12) on top of the principal-and-interest payment.
Can I enter the down payment as a percentage?
Yes. Tick the percentage option and the down payment value is treated as a percent of the home price instead of a fixed amount.
