Try a worked example

Example

Add a two-page report followed by a one-page cover. Select the cover thumbnail and move it to position 1. Create the PDF to download three pages in the order cover, report page 1, report page 2.

Keep in mind

The workspace accepts files totaling up to 200 MB and requires protected PDFs to be unlocked first. Export includes every remaining page in the displayed order; selecting pages alone does not exclude the others.

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?

No. The files are read and merged entirely in your browser with pdf-lib; nothing is ever sent to a server.

Can I change the order of the files?

Add PDFs, inspect their pages, and arrange the final order before downloading. Drag pages to reorder them, or select pages and use Move to position.
