About this tool

Reorder the pages of a PDF right in your browser. Drop in a file and every page appears as a numbered card — drag the cards (or use the arrow buttons) into the order you want, duplicate a page you need twice, or remove ones you no longer want, then rebuild the document with one click.

Everything runs locally with pdf-lib: the PDF is read, reorganized with copyPages and saved entirely on your device. Your file never leaves your device and nothing is ever uploaded, so contracts, statements and other sensitive documents stay private.

The cards show page numbers rather than image previews, which keeps the tool fast even for very large documents. If you need to remove many pages by number, the Delete PDF Pages tool may be quicker; for combining several files, use Merge PDF.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't I see page thumbnails?
The tool shows numbered page cards instead of rendered previews. That keeps it lightweight and fast even for huge PDFs — the numbers always refer to the pages' positions in the original file.
Can I duplicate a page?
Yes — the ⧉ button inserts another copy of that page right after it, and each copy can then be moved independently.
Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
No. The file is opened, reordered and rebuilt entirely in your browser with pdf-lib; it never leaves your device.
Does reordering reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied into the new document unchanged — no re-rendering or re-compression happens, so text and images keep their original quality.
